Delivery & Collection Information

FREE DELIVERY on orders over R 650 (South Africa Only)
For orders under R 650 there is a flat fee of R 150

Delivery of your product/s is done with great care by the Gorilla Sports team.

Orders will be dispatched ASAP. You can expect to receive your goods between 5 - 7 business days (depending on your location) of placing your order. Orders placed before 1 pm will be seen to on the same day otherwise your order will be seen to the following day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse you will receive your tracking number via email. Please email us at maxine@thekartal.com, if you do not receive a tracking number.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect is only available to our Cape Town based customers with collection available from our Claremont showroom.

Click and Collect procedure is as follows:
1. Place your order online and choose the "Click and Collect" shipping option during checkout.
2. You will then receive an email confirming when your item/s will be available for collection. This may take up to 24hrs.
3. After this notification you can pick up your item as directed.
