  At Gorilla Sports South Africa (Pty) Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and in the exact condition in which they were received.

  • A valid tax invoice must accompany any return, refund, or exchange request.
    

  Sale Items

  • No refunds are issued on sale items.

  • Exchanges only are permitted on sale items, and must be to the same value as the original purchase.

  Non-Returnable Items

  Refunds and/or exchanges will be denied under the following circumstances:

  • Returned product is not in original packaging, or is dirty, used, or damaged.

  • Item is not in the same condition as originally received.

  • Return is requested after 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product was misused, purposely damaged, or not used according to the product manual.
